# user generated tokens

Tokens listed on PEEPS are created by independent users unless explicitly stated otherwise.

PEEPS does not automatically endorse, audit or verify each creator, token, statement or community.

Creators must not use the platform to:

* impersonate people or organizations;
* infringe trademarks, copyright or other rights;
* make fraudulent or misleading claims;
* evade sanctions or financial-crime controls; or
* distribute unlawful content; or
* manipulate markets.

PEEPS may label, restrict or remove content from its interface. Because blockchain deployments are independent and persistent, interface moderation does not necessarily disable a contract or prevent third-party trading.
