# creator earnings

## Build the meme. Keep building the community.

PEEPS intends to allocate part of eligible platform activity to token creators.

Creator earnings may include:

* a share of pre-graduation trading fees; and
* a share of eligible post-graduation liquidity-pool fees.

The final percentages, calculation basis, claim schedule and eligibility rules must be confirmed from the deployed contracts.

## No guaranteed income

Creator earnings depend on actual eligible activity. PEEPS does not guarantee trading volume, fee income, liquidity or recurring revenue.

## Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for:

* accurate token metadata;
* lawful branding and intellectual-property use;
* fair, clear and non-misleading communications;
* disclosure of conflicts or wallet relationships where required;
* tax reporting; and
* compliance with laws applicable to their launch and community.
